Saito - Sushi, Steak & Cocktails

Sad to say but this restaurant has closed there doors. They are no.longer open for business. This was my favorite Sushi spot. Mr Saito make the best Sushi ( taste and presentation) amazing! My only complaint was location! Just seem you had to watch your self in the downtown street. Mr Saito, I hope you are able to find another location, your mastership of Sushi will be missed! This is another Hidden Gem! Literally because it looks small from outside. When you walk in TADAAA!!!! Amazing!! Beautiful restaurant, amazing servers. My sister and I were blessed to meet the owner himself. He is very humble, cool and just an overall Awesome person and MASTER chef. Let's not forget this beautiful dish prepared for my sister and me. I Almost ate the flower Lol! (Although I was told some people eat the flowers too) Dumplings were good too. A must visit!!! BY Far My Favorite

They will bring omakase all at once, not in a traditional way where the chef makes individual items over a period of time. The atmosphere should have been great, but speakers went full blast deafening at one point.

Fantastic sushi, sashimi, and poke. The chef came out to check on everyone—really cool guy, read about him if you get the chance. Service was great. Nippon old fashioned was so good. Definitely pay a visit!

Atmosphere is really elegant and beautiful. We had some cocktails, seaweed salad, and sushi. I had the OMG roll and OMG it was good. The owner/chef also stopped by our table and asked how everything was. I will definitely be back.

Excellent sushi, service and atmosphere. We went two nights in a row while we were in town for a work event. Highly recommend the Yumi Yumi roll.

Just decent, nothing special. Large portions, great presentation, excellent staff. Taste was uninspiring. Overpriced for what you get.
