Saints + Council

Ok so boom if you are in the area stop by!! My family was in town for a show so I made a reservation. We arrived 30 minutes early and we sat at the lounge area in front of a warm fire.... can you say ambiance! Before we could finish ordering a drink while we wait we were informed that our table was ready. Our server was Hayley and she was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable of the food and her recommended items was on point. The food was 10/10 highly recommend! Perfect for date night

NICE FOOD, MEDIOCRE SERVICE- Went here for dinner with some work colleagues and was really looking forward to it. Some great food options (we had a few vegetarians at the table). We ordered the vegan burger and asked them if they can add a slice of cheese to the burger. They had to call the “manager” who then told us NO. They do not make “alterations” to their dishes. Needless to say we were quite horrified at the response, considering this is not an inexpensive restaurant and the request was quite minimal. The food was nice, however we would not visit again simply due to the inflexible service. Please work on your flexibility and service.

I love the vibe here! My friend and I are, talked and had drinks for several hours;amazing food and wine! Will definitely be back. Parking: Parking garage is large and a little complicated to navigate but plenty of spots once you get in

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saints and Council for Brunch on a Sunday afternoon with a party of 8, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting ambiance that set the tone for the afternoon. Our waitress, Haley, truly stood out with her exceptional customer service skills. Her demeanor was friendly, and she went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was memorable. Haley was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations. The food was a true delight! Each dish showcased the chef's skill and creativity. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was top-notch. It's evident that the kitchen takes pride in delivering a culinary experience that exceeds expectations. The portion sizes were generous, and every member of our party found something to rave about. Whether you're a fan of seafood, steak, or vegan options, Saints and Council has something for everyone. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall enjoyment of our evening. The atmosphere was sophisticated yet comfortable, making it the perfect setting for a gathering of friends or a special celebration. I highly recommend Saints and Council to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a standout choice. We left with full hearts and satisfied palates – a truly unforgettable evening! Parking: We paid 10 dollars for the parking deck, Valet was 40.

We went on Mother’s Day, and were seated outside, in direct sunlight. I asked the hostess is there somewhere else we could sit, she said no. There was a table in our direct view that was empty and had “some” umbrella coverage. I asked why we couldn’t sit there and she said it was reserved. I asked for what time because there was no one sitting there. 20 minutes later people were seated at the table I asked to be moved to, they complained about the sun and were moved inside immediately. Thankfully, some other customers saw us sweating and asked that their umbrella be moved over us. The food was good, but that experience definitely was not. Update: I did send an email to the management as I was asked in the response. I got no response. I am told establishments do this to look like they care to readers when in fact they do not.

Classy space with a friendly and warm vibe. Food is pretty good for the area but not mind blowing either.
