Drinks and ambiance are great. Service is bad tho and it is a real bummer. I had friends from out of state visiting and we had just left an incredible theater show and were riding on a high. I wanted to continue the good vibes and chose Saint Tuesday for its unique venue and ambiance. Server clearly forgot to put our drink order in. From the time we sat to the time the drink arrived it was about 50 minutes. I even got up and asked about the drinks and was met with rudeness. She completely forgot to put our food order in as well and we were starving. It killed the mood for us and it was getting late so we decided to leave to try and get food elsewhere before kitchens closed. All in all it was 1.5 hours for one cocktail. When the check came we spoke to the manager who didn’t offer us any sort of comp to our bill for the inconvenience and even blamed our food not coming out due to a “technical difficulty” when he was aware the server just forgot. Super bummed but it left such a bad taste in my mouth I don’t think I’ll be back.

Service, atmosphere, and quality of the drinks were top notch. Also ordered olives which were amazing.

We got drinks here this past weekend. The vibes and the drinks were amazing. The best drink was the coffee liqueur based bartender's choice drink that my fiance ordered. We both agreed it's the best coffee liqueur drink we had ever had. There was live jazz music and the dim lighting truly created a great ambiance. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the terrible service. We ordered hummus, which didn't come out for about an hour. After which, no one came to check if we wanted any more drinks, although our drinks were done a long time prior. We asked one of the staff members if she could get our waitress and she replied rudely. She took our order but clearly forgot to put in the order because it had been 45 minutes. When asked about our order, she said she would check on it and it came out within minutes. She continued to be rude as we asked for our check.

Very difficult to get a weekend reservation and when we actually got one they did not have a table for us when we arrived. Sat at the bar instead - which is better in some ways so you are not limited by time, and we got to see the band. Would be nice if they added a set so music started prior to 10 pm on weekends. Bartender was nice but a rude waitress who did not seem to get along well with the other staff, pushed / elbowed us as we were standing up to get our coats to leave as we were in her way and she didn’t have patience to say excuse me. Overall didn’t feel as high end as it should for the price and the difficulty getting reservations.

Cocktails were just off… I got a citrus one with ginger and it was like drinking straight ginger shots in the morning, couldn’t finish. My boyfriend ordered a burbon one and it was not what indicated in the menu. They were also out of Mezcal which is very odd for a bar in NYC… service was really slow, took us 25 min to get drinks and over 15 to get my card back after paying. It s sad because the atmosphere and music were great
