Best Jerk Chicken!! Great employees too! Been going here for years...

Went to see n try out the jerk chicken Everyone is Bragging about ,went ,the only 1s there n only 1girl totally ignored us waited maybe 1mnt but the stench I thought it was food going bad but it was the garbage still in the bin ,don't get me wrong I like jerk meals but 1 restaurant makes all chains look bad that's my take on this 1

Food was amazing, Chill atmosphere and great service.

We were really excited to try the food. Most of the items on the menu were unavailable. The woman seemed super annoyed when taking out order. The place was dirty. The chicken was good but everything else was cold and bland, the rice was undercooked. The tray our food was served was also dirty.

I ordered the curry chicken dinner, it was rotten or spoiled. The chicken went bad. It had a strong spoiled smell. It also had discoloration that is associated with spoiled cooked chicken. The food is premade days at a time. You can tell when the person takes your order and heads to the back and you hear a microwave shut. When the restaurant first opened they had staff making the food in front of you, you could see the jerk chicken being made on the grill and the curry’s served to you from the front. You could taste how fresh the ingredients were. But over the past few months there’s only been, usually, one person working the front. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE

This review is LONG overdue. I gave this establishment 2 stars because of the service. I have tried to allow the service redemption yet each time they have failed. The young lady that is usually there ALWAYS is rude and NEVER has a pleasant attitude. There’s never a warm greeting and when gratitude is expressed by the customer nothing is reciprocated (i.e. Thank you, have a great day). In all honesty I used to frequent this location before new management and even then it had some ups and downs. Tried placing phone orders and the guy that would answer was rude as well and would hang up after you’ve placed your order. No estimate on time or total, just hang up. I truly wish this wasn’t my usual experience because the food is pretty good. I’ve lived in the neighborhood longer than the tenure of the location and have heard from others their similar experiences. It’s just sad that customers are being treated this way especially when they support any business’. I would love for the owner to respond to this review, because I don’t plan on returning if the service continues to be this way.

Worst jerk I have ever tasted in my life. Thank god you are closed and selling. Definitely not the place or type of food for this area.

Out of certain food items at 2 in the afternoon. The place appeared dirty, and i observed an employee tasted food from a large pot on the stove using her fingers. Very unsanitary! I left w/out making a food purchase. By the way, this transpired a few weeks ago.
