The woman of colour at the till this evening 08/04/24 is a disgrace to Sainsbury, very rude and unhelpful to customers. Don't get me wrong, I am a black person myself, this woman is just so full of it. She needs training or the sack. I am NEVER visiting there again if she's serving. Earlier management does something about her the better.

This is a big Sainsbury's, so it has pretty much everything including kitchenware, clothes and toilets. The aisles are wide (perfect for social distancing) and the store is pretty clean. Lots of parking spaces. Queues vary depending on when you're shopping. You can scan at the self checkout machines or use the SmartShop app to scan as you shop. Located right next to M&S.

Poor management and stock control. Always some items out of stock. No evidence of hands on management.
