The staff were unprofessional and rude during my recent shopping trip. While seeking assistance, a manager named Udayan interrupted, stating they didn't have time for conversation and I should find the item myself. Never going there again, would rather go to Tesco that has more friendly staff.
Not the best sainsbury's but OK.
Sushila she doesn’t know how to respect customers not helpful at all
Very large shop sells very large selection of goods with cafe too. Bought some trousers there must be the cheapest any where.
Best in South East London
I love going to this sainsburys, the staff are friendly, helpful, welcoming and enjoy a good banter with their customers. An extremely relaxing environment to shop. I can't fault my local sainsburys' New Cross. After years of still using this sainsburys, it's still a great place where you are made to feel welcomed and great staff. Now they have introduced a lot of self-service tills and the friendliness has gone down a wee bit. Has become impersonal. I feel for people who sainsburys are their only chance to interact with someone. But maybe that's the norm now, where our generation cared a bit (not a lot), nowadays people only see what's infront of their eyes (usually a phone)not what's or who is around them. Be kind, say hello, or just acknowledge someone exists. You might make their day sainsburys
