This place is horrible they have no empathy and the fact that they are so miserable in their lives that they don’t care about hurting a pigeon that’s crazy the manager should be fired!!! Also it’s not a joke and I hope the manager HASSAN gets fired you are a nasty creature I hope you get the karma that you deserve, because why would you kill a bird that did nothing to you. I hope you go to jail because what you did was illegal!!!!!

Shambolic queues! Very little amount of staffed tills left. Everything else is self-checkout. There’s long queues for every one of them, and frankly it’s ridiculous if you’re doing a big trolley shop-you’re either forced to queue for ages to be scanned by a person, or queue for a self checkout and have a nightmare trying to scan a massive pile of products yourself, then bag them. It takes forever! Shame on you Sainsbury’s for your tight budgeting at the expense of customer’s time and patience. I only shop here because of convenience. Whenever I can go elsewhere, I do. Things went seriously downhill here since post-Covid. Stock really varies too, seems ok but often can’t find simple product.
I asked for help finding a product and the manager, I think his name was Hassan swore and roared in my face. I will never be back to Sainsbury's... What. On. Earth.
