Cigarette counter is painfully slow, no excuse for it. Regularly wait 4,5, 7 minutes, more occasionally, just to process one person. It's a magnet for scratchcard addicts and lonely old people... either move these people on or put extra staff on. Often it's unmanned too. You have to find someone. If there are more than 2 people it's simply quicker to get back in my car and drive to Tesco up the road.
