The food in plastic containers is a disappointment, however the taste is not that bad. The beef is kind hard though. The space is clean the bathroom is clean which is good. The entrance is not so welcoming. I wasn’t sure if it was open at first.

Beware that the owners have changed! Many do not like this change; I think the pho tastes better, but everything else became worse (menu size, presentation, ambiance, Bahn mi quality, value). Why are there unnecessary add-on fees (cc fee is applied to cash, too)? My single entree meal went up almost 50%.

It's weird inside now, like a bar or something. But the food is the same as it's always been (pretty good).

It used to be the best place to eat pho at. I used to come here all the time. I don’t know what happened but they remodeled the whole thing and now the food is different as well. It’s really really sad.

Avoid this place!! The bean sprouts and basil/cilantro were spoiled and soggy. I tried to ask for fresh items and I was given another soggy spoiled plate. The spring rolls had brown gross lettuce… I had the pho’ and the broth had too much anise and the meat taste old. Vomit.

The pho combo was fantastic and LARGE! The service was good too.

The new iteration of Saigon Pho is disappointing. The $10 bánh mi sandwich doesn’t even use bánh mi bread! No patê nor Vietnamese meats. Just generic sweet ginger barbecue pork (not char siu) with cilantro and unpickled carrots in a generic French roll.
