Food is awesome but the lack of customer service with the young guy at the front is disgusting. He threw the bag at me when I asked for a brown bag after making 7 sauces and spending almost $100. Me and my coworkers come here every week and spend about $200 all together. I proceeded to ask him is he always rude and he said “ I DONT CARE” . Customer service really needs to be better because that was disgusting !

Update: Good and Fast Bahn My Grilled Pork Terrible service on the counter, good spring roll, bun bo tasted like beef stew (not impressed). No detailed receipt. Please re-train your cashier (or maybe he's the boss he doesn't need to be trained). On my visit, at the to go counter the rolled rice sheet had hair in it so i let him know (secretly) and he tossed it in the back without saying anything. Bro i paid for the food and was trying to help you, i guess you have too many customer you've stopped caring. From Viet to Viet, that's bad, you should serve everyone the same, I'll come back for an update

We love it here every time we go. Their food is always fresh and delicious and the staff is so kind. It’s an absolute must-go if you live in Tampa!

After being in Tampa for 3 months, I was super excited to get some pho. My local in Brisbane QLD is pretty amazing, and having the real experience in Vietnam. This place has great reviews but the quality of the ingredients and flavours were lacking. Disappointed

Ordered 4 soups on sunday and told them we will pick up at noon 12pm then we got traffic jam and call them at 11:45 to let them know we will be there late at 1pm . One of the waitresses so rude and jump into our conversation and said “come pick up or we sell it to the other one” this is very rude even we are their loyal customer. Food is ok but the service is really bad

The food here is so amazing. If you've never been to an Asian style cafeteria restaurant, buckle up. Compared to other Vietnamese food in Tampa, I was absolutely shocked by the low prices. You can see all the food being made in front of you and they have ample fresh items you can pick up because you've been staring at them waiting on your food and they look delicious. Well, they don't just look delicious they are. Fresh rolls were great along with the peanut sauce. We got pho and a beef banh mi. Both were incredibly flavorful and a huge portion. It has been several days and I'm still in shock that that sandwich was under $6. It's a busy place for a reason, just go there.
