This is a hidden gem for sure! Got the pork belly rice bowl and OH MY GOD. The crispy pork belly was possibly the best I've ever eaten. Both crispy and super soft, with a wonderful sauce that really complements the fattiness. It's not open for dinner hours, so you'll need to come by during the day. But it is 100% worth seeking this out. There are only a handful of tables, so it's probably best to get your food to go. Or if you can go during non-peak times, you'll have a decent shot at getting a table. We will definitely be back.

One major negative is that there’s no restrooms and someone who suffers with IBD, that was a little uncomfortable. Their Pho is OK and would have earned them a 4 star but the pork belly sandwich has ensured they got the full 5 star. Truly incredible sandwich.

A juicy dead fly in one of our bowls. Disgusting. Additionally disappointed the owner’s response was stingy. If I were the owner I’d be bending over backward refunding the whole order to win a customer back, rather than lose them forever… pretty disappointing.

Love Saiga. Not only is their pork belly Bahn Mi the best Bahm Mi I ever tried, it’s one of the best sandwiches I have tasted. The Pho broth is devine as well.

Saiga Vietnamese Eatery is a delightful find tucked away on Sky Park Cir, offering a wonderful dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with an inviting ambiance that sets the stage for a memorable meal. The service at Saiga is top-notch. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with any requests or questions you may have. Their genuine hospitality truly enhances the overall dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food – it's simply outstanding! We started our meal with their Thai tea and strawberry lemonade, both of which were refreshing and expertly crafted. Moving on to the main course, the filet mignon pho and tofu banh mi were both phenomenal. The pho was rich and flavorful, with tender slices of beef and aromatic herbs in a savory broth. The tofu banh mi was a delightful vegetarian option, packed with delicious flavors and textures. Overall, our experience at Saiga Vietnamese Eatery was fantastic. From the delicious food to the excellent service and cozy ambiance, it's clear that this restaurant takes pride in providing an exceptional dining experience. If you're in the mood for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, look no further than Saiga. Highly recommended!

Was really excited to try Saiga. All the social media of bowls and Bahnmi sandwiches packed with meat. I ordered a chicken Bahnmi and got 3.5 small pieces of chicken. I was literally searching for chicken in the last half of the sandwich. Really disappointing and probably will never go back or recommend

Quality food at a casual pick up spot. I'll preface this with saying I was not expecting to be so impressed with the food at this place since it just looks like it's aimed at takeaway mainly for people on lunch break. Also it for some reason reminded me of bibigo which I was never really impressed with. Glad I was wrong though. When I tasted the food I was very pleasantly surprised. You could honestly take the food out of the takeout containers and place them nicely on some real dishes and I'd think they were from a full service restaurant. ITEMS: Kimchi Fried Rice (w/ pork belly) Garlic Noodles (w/ chicken) Thai Tea Vietnamese Coffee I've had all the items at other places, so there were lots of taste reference points in mind, and they all of course taste somewhat different at the respective restaurants. Overall they balanced out the flavors well in the dishes and executed the basic things correctly. The Kimchi rich was not overcooked so the grains still had texture and for my own personal taste I'm glad it was not the overly sour kimchi flavor. I think it's the broken rice style (smaller rice grains) which you commonly find in Viet Dishes. A good amount of pork belly was given and worked well with the rice. Garlic noodles are a must and these had the proper amount of garlic flavor as well as chew. I've been to some places where the garlic noodles taste very bland, so glad these did not taste like that. The protein here was also very generous and they cooked the meat well so that it was not dry. Being the Viet Coffee aficionado that I am I can say they make a good one here, better than I've had at some solely drink spots. It's all a balance between the coffee & condensed milk which sounds simple but has its complexities. Don't think you're lost when you are navigating yourself here. It's located in a business park where you will find lots of parking. You'll find just a few seats inside since it really does seem aimed at takeout. I'm curious how their frozen take home food taste, in regards to how the food quality is. Maybe I'll try it out next time If you are looking for some tasty Viet food for pick up, check out Saiga. Cheers!
