Sage Restaurant and Lounge

The food was okay but not for the price. They ran out of several items on the menu and the waitress had to keep coming back saying we are out of this and that. The jollof rice was cooked well but not seasoned just spicy. The lamb chops again were cooked well but no seasoning just had a char grill taste had to ask for barbecue sauce to put on the lamb chops. Ran out of certain drink ingredients ran out of mashed potatoes ran out of mozzarella sticks etc. also the card pad tablet thing they use to clear your check does NOT have the gratuity added to the total. You only see what your meal items price was and the subtotal so when I printed my receipt out after I paid I saw I had given an extra tip when the waitress was already getting 18% per tab (we had three tabs)! We were not informed at all and I didn’t want to seem rude and ask for my tip back so I just left.

Great spot . I sat on the patio for the new lunch how definitely a vibe for the summer and the service was amazing.

I visited Sage for the first time on 01/03. The karaoke DJ and the vibes were amazing! The service was subpar ... the waitress was not attentive and basically heard what she wanted to hear when it came to our drink orders. I decided to give them another try simply because I enjoyed DJ Lah-Shae's karaoke show (check her out she is awesome!). This time, we had a different waitress and she was very attentive! We decided to order food this time and unfortunately, nearly 1/2 of the menu is unavailable and the quality of the food is not worth the price! I was underwhelmed! I love supporting Black owned businesses and I had such high hopes for this spot. I won't say that I'll never go back simply because I loved the karaoke but, the business really needs to reassess some things like service, availability, and quality.

Service is always A1. Food is delicious. Can always catch the vibes at Sage!!

After finding an African/ American lounge here in Marietta, I haven’t stopped coming here. I fell in love with the atmosphere, the service and everything this lounge had to offer. Let’s not even talk about the food and drinks. Whew, wonderful and tasty. Come find out yourself . Shout out to Ms. Lisa . Thank you
