To say our party was disappointed would be a severe understatement. I'll begin with the good, the customer service was excellent, if not top notch. The bartender from Kentucky who greeted us at the top of the elevator was lovely. The views and the aesthetics were breathtaking, and our sommelier was a great story teller. But the food was absolutely lacking in everyway but aesthetics. Poor temperature control, uninspired depth of flavor, an incohesive course menu that didn't seem to belong in the same pairing. There was not one "Wow" factor the entire meal, and I don't feel like a victim for paying the $1500 + for a party of three, but more foolish for allowing myself to pay such an extravagant amount without proper vetting. So here's to all you out there who want an honest take, if you can justify the price tag for an amazing view and great esthetic, by all means do it. If you take those two components away, I wouldn't pay $30 for the actual food that was served.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. All staff were welcoming, accommodating, & knowledgeable. Each course was outstanding & equally as beautifully presented. I highly recommend also doing the wine pairing with your tasting menu. Views are unbelievable! Perfect place to celebrate

Tried this place twice. Went for the stunning views but other than that everything else wasn’t worth the price tag. You wait by the elevator in the strange hallway in the lobby before going up. Super awkward forced experience from the staff, conversation felt forced. Food was just ok - a mix from Japanese to Moroccan. I ordered a $50 glass of wine and got 3 tablespoons it felt like. Wire pairing was limited quantities. I would skip unfortunately unless you are making the trek over there just for a drink and the views which are extraordinary. Bill for 2 people and 1 pairing - $1000
