Egg drop soup with veggies +extra green onions 5/5 Customer service 1/5 - the Asian young lady with blonde hair @ the front should not be in the restaurant business. She was rude and light weight disrespectful as I tried to place my order she literally looked at her phone the entire time, gave me the most awful stare when she did look up, and walked away. Hopefully the owner's will put her in the back of the house, if they want repeat customers.
The last time I ordered dim sum, I discovered that they are using frozen dim sum. The Potstickers were not freshly made. The sesame balls are small. My next visit I asked the young lady at the counter if they use frozen, and she said yes. The dim sum is from frozen. It looks nothing like the stock photos.
The food here is good, but they're totally overwhelmed by their delivery orders. You order and pay upfront from your phone and for the service too, which is done by a robot (super fun if you're with kids). No one comes to check on you and ask you if you need anything, you clear your own table, so what's the 20% service fee for? And the wait is long, the food does not come out together either, so it's awkward for the dining group. I would not recommend eating here (as in in the dining room), but I'm sure it's fine for delivery, it looks like that's what their priority is anyway. I wish they would be upfront about that when guests walk in.
Fresh tasting fish (omakase=chef's choice), friendly owner/sushi chef, robots for the kids, what more could one ask for... Kid-friendliness: Robots
