Service very rude. Food is served with plastic cutlery. Flies fly around, the tables are dirty. That was the last time I visited this institution.

Me and my cousins decided to have some dessert so we came to Safis but we were surprised to find that we had to take out. Which completely changed our plan*, later when we ordered, we were meant to get 4 half Nutella waffles and 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream. When we get our food, we had only got 2 halfs and 2 ice creams. When we called them, they wouldn't answer. And it was clear that is was embarrassing for my aunt to tell us that there wasn't food. And to top this ruckus all off, she had to pay the full price and didn't get even a pence for inconvenience or the wrong order. She had been robbed basically paying double and not getting what she wanted. **And because our plan changed and she had to come home late due to the questioning if our order was correct(WHICH WERE ASSURED THAT WE HAD GOT THE RIGHT ORDER(WHICH WE HADN'T!!)), our 2 scoops of ice cream melted too. Just an embarrassment and a disaster. Kids were sad and hungry because of this. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WANTING TO HAVE A NICE MEAL AND A NICE TIME WITH FAMILY(NOT STRESSFUL).

Not happy at all. I ordered 2 full nutella waffles. Got only 2 half waffles. Kids Got really bored as they had to share a quarter among 4 of them. Paid for the full waffles tho. Not happy today with the service

We visited today at 1 O'clock. What a wonderful experience at Safi's ! A lovely clean and friendly place to chill and enjoy delicious desserts and good coffee. Great personal service at reasonable and realistic prices for genuine freshly prepared sweet indulgences. Thank you. We shall definitely come again when we are next in this part of Liverpool.

Went with my daughter earlier, had a Rocha cake an coffee,cake was amazing how he presented it was nice definitely go again

Ordered cookie dough and waffle with ice cream, no ice cream delivered, paid extra for whipped cream, no whipped cream delivered. Didn't answer phone. £30 down the drain. Cheers.

Partner ordered from here for delivery. Milkshakes and Ice cream. Absolutely all dairy on the order was sour and had obviously gone off. We had a friend taste it as well just to clarify and they confirmed it did taste off. Everything on the order was inedible and potentially dangerous. I would suggest this establishment checks their fridge/freezer temps and stock dates urgently. We will be attempting to get a refund via the delivery provider. Vile honestly.

The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. If you have a sweet tooth, this is a must-visit spot for a delightful dessert experience

Absolutely terrible orders cookie dough and it’s came frozen they even doing anything
