How can a grocery store be out of bags? Staff were super helpful as well, not…
Always well stocked and clean. Friendly clerks!
4/8/24 12:26: "closed due to power outage." 10/28/23: Saturday around 2pm. They were prepared for a pre snow swarm with boxes in the aisles. The bread was not picked over!!! See pics. Good job! Thanks! 7/19/23 Wednesday noon: no shopping cart and fifth in line for only cashier. Self checkout lady did just offer to help the next in my line so I'm fourth now. 10/29/22 9:30pm: shopping carts!! This late on a Saturday there were actual shopping carts available!!! I hope Kroger will fix this. It has to affect their bottom line more than the price of new carts. So stupid and anti customer. I shop elsewhere when I need a lot. 9/25/22: No shopping carts! I only go in here if I need 2 or 3 things. 8/12/22: No shopping carts!!! 8/3/22: No shopping carts, again. Not crowded. What gives??? This is fourth/fifth time (see below), and I don't regularly shop here. *Never* seen this before in any grocery store, large or small. Very inconvenient but mostly I'm curious. 12/31/21: 11:30am: No buggies. Crowded. 3/24/21: Went back today at about 10:30am and the hot (temperature) wings were there again. I tried the 'salt and vinegar' flavor. They were fabulous! Also had bbq flavor. (Did not have 'buffalo' today). They are located in the front of the store next to the deli/bakery. Today the store was a bit crowded. And, there were shopping carts available! I played it safe and grabbed the only one I saw in the parking lot. 3/23/21: Very nice. Well stocked. It had bags of savory, freshly cooked buffalo wings at 10am. Wonderful fruit/veggie department. Store was virtually empty maybe because of Boulder King Soopers grocery shooting yesterday afternoon. I still wasn't able to find a buggy, however. Odd. Frozen foods categories are only marked at each end of the isle. I find the individual signs at the product location much more helpful, e.g. "Ice Cream." Pleasant cashier.
Started shopping here after getting frustrated with my usual location running out of specials or not having them in stock. Plus, it’s much cleaner and I rarely see folks shopping with their dogs.
Large, clean and organized with friendly staff
I love the Wheat Ridge Safeway I moved to Longmont and I still drive to Wheat Ridge to shop at that Safeway because they always have my stuff and I always get a great deal
