Complaint filed with corporate. If you're going to make fun of customers while socializing with a coworker instead of stocking shelves, do not do it while they are in earshot, or go work in an industry that does not require interaction with the businesses clientele.

Staff are nice, but it's hard to find things in this store. Produce isn't that good, and small selection of meats/dairy. Good prices when there are BOGO sales, when you can find what you want.

The shelves were poorly stocked, and the refrigerated pasta was covered in green mold.

My new Safeway, the best ever, great people, the store is stocked and ready. With a new remodeling job, it's like a new store.

There is a new deli lady... Younger blonde lady She rocks! The deli has been suffering for quite sometime now. This lady had things up and running ready for business by 10 this morning. In the past I couldn't count on a thing in there. Give this lady a RAISE!

4 years later on 1/23/24 and still terrible service. I thought I would give it another try. This time to get some chicken at the deli. Well, it was like trying to eat leather, the skin was so hard and chicken dry. We bought a bucket of all dark meat. Half of it went in the garbage and it tasted horrible. The guy working at the deli was unfriendly. Ba-bye Safeway! Previous Review Below... So many times I have had bad customer service at this store. Tonight I arrived at 6:09 PM and the west doors were locked. They were out of everything on my shopping list, except for 2 products! No one offered me a rain check and the milk I wanted was also out. I dont understand why I wasn't offered a price adjustment. No, instead Rocco wanted me to wait for someone to come check in back. It took several minutes to just get help to the front of the store. It took so long that I told him he could have all the groceries back. Staff there just doesn't seem to care. I have complained to the store manager before and was told that there's not much that can be done, because the cashiers are union workers. Well, then, why can the other Safeway at Kipling and C470 give me amazing service? To add to my frustration, gas there is 10 to 15 cents more per gallon from other nearby gas stations. Safeway, I left my groceries behind and took my business elsewhere tonight. I will drive farther to get better service elsewhere.
