Safeway chicken thighs. Yuck!

While this is a great store to shop, friendly staff, clean . You have to be careful when you are checking out, often the in-store deals are not put into the system and cashier does not always know, so just watch when they ring the item up, that the sale prices show up . Check out your sale prices match the item on the sales receipt...

There’s a lot of rude people that work here. giving me dirty looks or snotty responses when I have a question, and all I wanted was to use the bathroom.

This review is just for curbside pick up. The grocery store is fine. I got all my items, except I ordered a pound of celery, and received a single stalk. Seriously?

Today was the worst service I have ever received both from this safeway location and Safeway as a company. Between the app not working properly, customer service both in the store and at corporate telling us they were getting our issue resolved and us waiting over an hour for a pick up that was supposedly ready, and then having to go inside after customer service tells us to go to guest services, only to discover no one is there. After standing there a few minutes simply wanting to ask about our pick up order, a woman named Helga was EXTREMELY rude and short with us. Made us feel unwelcome and like idiots for just wanting a resolution to our problem, and tells us to go into a nearby room where someone might be able to help since no one is at guest services. We go to the order pick up station, and no one is in there. Helga offers us no help, and we stand there for roughly 10 minutes until some kid comes up and asks us if we are picking up. He did take our groceries to our car for us and seemed like a nice guy. Because of the app failure (this is not the first time), Helga's HORRIBLE customer service, and Safeway's inconsistency with customer service both locally and in a corporate level, I will not return to this or any other safeway or albertsons location and I will be recommending my friends to support other grocery outlets.

Idk who manages calls when ppl need help from the store, but someone said to my hubby that they are always busy and to never call back! ! I've worked in customer service before and I've never spoken to my customers like that ! Who ever spoke to him like that should be fired!

This place is always out of stock of anything slightly on sale. Staff is rude and unhelpful. The treat you like you're stupid. Self checkouts are always giving problems. Good luck if you need help finding something cuz you won't be able to find anyone. There's always one dude in produce and one guy person running self-checkout and maybe somebody at a check Lane. I've never once been able to get in and out of this store due to lack of assistance and ridiculous checkout.

I seriously don’t understand how the self checkout cannot be open in the morning at 6:45 AM. When there are four people in line at one cash register with the cashier, moving at a snails pace is not ideal. Most people are on their way to work so i just don’t get it. this store just seems to be so inconsistent with my shopping experiences. Prices here seem to be way more than other chains in the area as well. also if you come in the afternoon or evening, be prepared to be bagging your own groceries. what?! why do you no longer have baggers at the check outs or why aren't your cashiers bagging the groceries and having the customer just putting the bags inside their carts?? this is ridiculous and takes up a tremendous amount of time. no wonder lines are mega long, and then you usually have 1 lane open. self checkouts on the weekends are always having issues and lines are super long there as well. Then I was told today that this location is getting rid of all bags altogether as well?? are you going to pay me to bag my own groceries if this is the case?? If it wasn’t the closest store to my home and the only open starbucks(those employees there are great)I’d probably shop elsewhere.
