Sachi Sushi Denver

Ordered volcano roll, maguro, tako, spicy tuna, and a regular tuna that never arrived. All sushi was not fresh (ie chewy) and the tako (octopus) was inedible. So I can second some other 1 star reviews opinions. Anyone who knows good sushi will not like this place. I give the service 4 stars as I have no complaints as I was served in a prompt manner and the manager was accepting of my input and comped most of the meal. I won't be going back to Sashi sushi.

The food was amazing! We started our meal off with the crab cheese wonton. These were the BEST that I have ever tried. I would go back just for those. I ordered the Spicy Sachi Ramen, it was good and it must have been all made from scratch because I waited on my meal alone for 25 minutes. My wife got the Chicken Hibachi, and it was very good (I stole a bite ). We also got Eel Nigiri, Spicy Salmon Nigiri, and Mackerel Nigiri. The sushi was amazing. The only downfall was the service. We waited around 10 minutes for each refill, and that was when we would see the waitress come by. Otherwise, it was about a 15-minute wait for refills or anything else we needed.

My favorite sushi place :) great atmosphere, tasty sushi and great costumer service. It is a little expensive, but I’ve found that the food is really good so worth it! The dessert sushi (fruit ninja roll) is the best dessert we’ve found in Colorado.

Great rolls but try there teriyaki chicken best in town!

Came in on friends suggestion, overall good experience, food was good, prices a bit high . Solid 4 stars.

First thought of this not eating raw fish ever in my life, but this was some good $hittttttt! Second thoughts he thought it was pretty fire! No words after that. Overall 10/10 for going out of my comfort zone of raw fish.

Sushi rolls were fresh and the wontons appetizer was delicious. We had miso soup and house salad, a Philadelphia, spicy crunchy salmon, sex on the beach and shrimp tempura rolls. Went on a weekday evening and it was quiet with no wait, service was great, friendly helpful staff, bathrooms clean, table and booth were clean. Total bill was ~$85 with tip. We will definitely go back when craving sushi nearby.

We’ve been here a few times before and had a good experience. This time food was good but overall food came out very slow. Our waitress apologized several times for the slow service and we overheard her apologizing to another table too. After most of our meal, we ordered one more roll, which took approx 25 minutes from when we ordered to when it came out. Given the long wait for that roll (and for the rest of the meal) we asked our waitress for a discount for the last roll (as we were paying a babysitter for the time for our meal). Waitress asked the manager for our request and came back (embarrassingly) asking if we wanted dessert instead. We politely declined and she indicated she would ask for the discount. She came back saying her manager applied a discount and the discount was $2 off a $22 roll. We told her that was sort of insulting as our bill was over $160 and the waitress apologized profusely saying she was not allowed to do anything more. Wait staff and food were fine, so three stars for slow food and management that (1) has really no regard for providing good service and (2) putting their wait staff in poor position to not be able to take care of customers for issues from the kitchen.
