This place is one of the rare oasis in the area. The variety of food is fabulous. They serve a dozen types of chilaquiles. And the Cafe de Olla, is simply extraordinary. The flavors and taste it is awesome. Leslie, the waitress, is proactive, kind and agile. On the other side, prices are definitely affordable. These are the few Pros I could mention so far. The Cons: well. The space is cozy, but few tables available, and the TV sound is sometimes too loud; so people need to talk louder and creates a not-so kind environment. The other point as a Con, is the people don’t really care about the other customer’s waiting time. You can easily take your food in twenty minutes. But people takes the time to digest and talking for almost forty mins. That is why Leslie is kind, because she is not able to put customers to rush, but eventually could be detrimental for the dine-in option. My recommendation is to the take-out option, if possible. Since you get the authentic flavor of this Mexican cuisine, at home or office. Hopefully the owners think, and they should, about the great opportunity this place has, and expand the space, whether be upstairs or rear space, or even to buy next door house. It could be a huge opportunity. In the meantime enjoy this cuisine, which is totally recommended.
