This is our favorite Indian place around (and we’ve tried them all). My husband loves their saag. I’m more basic and go for the butter chicken. I can tell apart the different cooks they each make it slightly different but it’s still the best regardless!
Charming little restaurant that is nicely decorated. Ate in at noon but was lone customer. Ordered the Dal Makhani. Took a little for it to come out but was delicious when it did. Great tasting dish. I was very happy and finished it all despite the large helping. The parathas were great. Service was first rate. Food was fresh. Looking forward to trying more. Great find for me. I'll be back.
Absolutely amazing food. Proper Desi taste reminds me of food back home. Highly recommend!
I placed an order today for some chicken tikka masala , Some samosas and Aloo Gobi and garlic naan (and two servings of rice). I paid $52 in total and I think that’s a fair price. I really loved how creamy the tikka masala was and I was inhaling this dish with the fluffy naan bread. The Aloo Gobi is such a comfort dish to me and this restaurant knocked it out the park. Such delicious food and I am happy I spent my money here. I’ll gladly do it again. This is my second time at this joint and I plan to make it my regular spot going forward.
Food is 100000 out of ten. Never had such an amazing and delicious chicken tika masala before. Service is really great!!! Definitely recommended!!!❤️
They are not lying when they say the food is good.
Super cute, cozy hidden gem with outstanding, attentive service and fresh, incredibly flavorful food! One really couldn't ask for more. Dishes are cooked-to-order with no shortage of herbs and spices. If you ask for medium or hot spice level, it still does not interfere with the flavor - these people really know how to cook! Portions are not only generous, but DELICIOUS! Might be the best daal I have ever had - thick texture with ginger and garlic! The service friendly, attentive, and they go above and beyond! This is what all restaurants should aspire to be! Vegetarian options: The list is EXTENSIVE for vegetarians and vegans!
I discovered this restaurant from a Google review and decided to give it a try. Made the order for pick up and the patience of this man taking my order was a great first impression. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. Decided on butter chicken, chicken biriyani, and kulcha nan. I’m writing this review before I’ve even finished eating. That’s how good their food is. Saalan is my new fave for Indian food hands down. As if all that wasn’t enough, they had sweet juicy medjool dates for the taking for takeout patrons. Thank you and keep it up.
A hidden treasure for Indian food lovers! My girlfriend and I decided to try this Indian restaurant and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Every dish we tried was excellent (an authentic taste of a wonderful Indian cuisine) The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive. Highly recommend, we definitely will be coming back soon.
I'm a big fan of Indian cuisine, I've been to very famous and not famous restaurants in Florida, and I can confidently say this is one of the best Indian restaurants in Florida! Incredibly delicious! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this restaurant by accident; usually, we went to another very famous one (on Fort Lauderdale) it was closed (they open at 5 pm), so we had to look for other options. We live on Hallandale, but we're willing to drive to this restaurant for this food. We ordered chicken korma, chicken butter, naan, mango juice, but my favorite dish is mango chicken curry. Unfortunately, it wasn't on the menu, but they added it when we went second time and it's soooooo tasty! If you want to try REAL TASTY INDIAN FOOD, this is the place for you! We'll be coming back there again and again; it's worth it! Now it’s my favorite restaurant ❤️ P.S. on the second photo we already started to eat
