In past 2 years, whenever I came to Ottawa, I would go this place for their delicious food with great price. However, I have a very disappointed experience this time. With their changed menu, the food is not good as before, price is higher, and even the tips is fixed now. Also, the portion size is downsized. Really so sad that I lost a secret precious restaurant.

Food is very good. My server, Danny ( Dani ) very friendly. They even let me in before opening!

Awful drinks, awful music, awful vibe. If you’re not 21 years old looking to get trashed and do coke in the bathroom this isn’t the place for you.

Second time I’ve been here and food is still not good. I tried to keep an open mind. I’ve tried a few different things but all my friends and I agree, not the place to come if you want great food. Vibe and service are decent but I’d probably much rather be at Riviera or anywhere else.

First time at somewhere dine bar! We were a large group of 12 and we were given a dining area in the back as there was another corporate party in the front. It was a little loud since there were two big bookings and it took longer for all our food to come out. Our reservation was at 6pm and although we got drinks right away, we did not get appetizers until 7pm and mains at 7:30pm. Onto the drinks and food! They have some good specials before 7pm - $11 martinis (vodka martini, espresso martini, etc) and $2 oysters. Both were great and the oysters came with a tasty jalapeño sauce. For the main, I got the osso buco ($39) which had braised veal, bone marrow and risotto. The server poured all the sauce over the dish and I realized afterwards that it was just way too much sauce. I would recommend just keeping it to the side and adjust to your liking. The dish was quite tasty and filling, but could have came out hotter. Overall a fine time since we were with good company. Service was attentive as well.
