Ruth’s Chris steak house is the best in Reno, period. Darius, our server, is kind and pleasant to talk. It was a perfect dinner experience.

Andrew was an outstanding server. All of the service was extraordinary. We ate there after Air Supply last Friday. The hostess, servers, managers did not know we were on a date. They made the date a night to never forget. Parking: Valet was only $10!

We love Ruth’s Chris and 99/100 it’s perfection. This time the kitchen forgot the Oscar accompaniment on my steak and took quite a long time to get it, which was unfortunate. Spencer was an excellent server though and we still had a nice time.

Our first time going here to Ruth's Chris at the Silver Legacy at the Row. We had reservations for 845pm. We arrived 15 minutes early and were told they would get us at 845 since nothing was available. Okay, no big deal, we were early. At 845pm they seated us, but at the "Slush" table. ( the one next to the bathroom and where everyone comes in and out of the kitchen) There were 5 other tables available, but we stayed as the hostess dropped the menus and took off. The saving grace was our waiter Neal, he was the ONLY REASON we stayed. He was professional and apologized for not getting to us asap. We hadn't noticed he was late. We were brought a small loaf of bread with whipped butter. Neal took our drink order, came back stating the bar was busy and slightly behind. Again, appreciated the apology & information and our drinks came shortly afterwards. Our dinner order was placed at this time. Neal thanked us for being patient and he appreciated us letting him serve us. I had the Steak House Salad, basically lettuce, 2 cut in half grape tomatoes, a few croutons and salad dressing. My husband had the Lobster Bisque Soup. (Another ladle of soup in the bowl would have made it perfect) During this time, people were bumping up against our chairs to get to the bathroom. Waiters were going behind us with large trays with little room to get by. I used the restroom and a clogged toilet was in the 1st stall l used the handicap stall and was fine. There were papers all over the floor in the one available stall. No paper towels at the sink. Across the room, at the vanity were small bins with extra paper towels; so I used those. I brought it to management's attention to tend to the women's restroom. Our food arrived. A 6oz petite medallion steak and 3 Shrimp on a scorching hot plate. Thank you Neal for letting us know. The steaks were cooked to perfection as was the Shrimp. The garlic mashed potatoes came in their own bowls. I found that interesting. They tasted to us like instant potatoes with lots of melted butter. The cheesecake was a simple cheesecake with raspberry drizzle and a few berries. Our waiter checked on our meal throughout the course of our dining experience. He continued to appreciate us for dining at the restaurant that night. Neal's service was above and beyond on a Saturday night. He was professional, personable and very on point. He was the only reason we stayed and finished our meal. No one ever tended to the restroom while we were there--we should know considering our table was right next to it. In my opinion, that table should never have been placed there. I have been in the industry for 40+ year's, which is why I know what to look for, how food should taste and who the phenomenal server's are. For the price we paid, it was okay. Will we go back? At this moment, it's a No. If I am guaranteed to be served by Neal, yes I would give it a second chance. Thank you Neal, we appreciated you on Saturday evening. I did not take pictures as we were trying to experience a new restaurant and each other's company.

Neal has always been so sweet and taken care of me and my friends since I’ve been a customer! He remembers us by name and the service is always amazing and incredibly attentive. He keeps us coming back!!

Neal is an Exceptional Server, did a great job taking care of us for my birthday. Made sure we had the best Dine in experience At Ruth’s Chris. 10/10 Recommend will definitely be back! Thank you Neal, we’ll be seeing you next time we come back!
