Ruth's Chris Steak House

The venue feels old fashioned and dies not stand up to the quality of the food. Lighting up and renovating would really do good to this place. Steak was very good and so was the Cesar salad. The small cheesecake that was served as dessert for the deal menue was not good

My fiancé and I had a 9pm reservation. The door was locked when we arrived at the restaurant. Once we were seated our waiter came over maybe 10 minutes later. We ordered drinks and appetizers then he asked if we was ready to order entrees we said not yet. He said just to let you know we close at 9pm. If they close at 9pm why would allow a reservation for 9pm. The service was absolutely horrible but the food was amazing.

I'm sad to learn that this location is to close. This level of service is not common today. The hostess was wearing tights! The dining experience was so good from greeting to check, I feel like I should have been wearing a tux!

As usual, Ruth's Chris delivered...the food and service have always been excellent. I walked into their restaurant on W. 51st and had dinner for the last time today (NY strip, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes and a blueberry mojito). I'll truly miss this location. But, I can't wait for them to reopen somewhere else in NYC❤

Great food and service

Going to miss this location when it closes. My wife and I have a lot of memories from there.
