The best place to celebrate special occasions and Sandra the waitress is an absolute delight
Best experience for my anniversary dinner.
Always a great dinning experience
This classic restaurant is located on the 16th floor of the building with a panoramic view of the city. Which we chose to celebrate the last day of the year, even our experience was pleasant, there were some details that we did not expect. As for the menu, they have various cuts of meats, seafood and fish, as well as side dishes with an excellent flavor; although it should be noted that perhaps because of the mode of preparation and service, the presentations looked a little dirty and neglected. The attention of the service was acceptable in general, although it is worth highlighting the little patience of some person at the time of attending to the diners. Our expectations were higher. Happy Hour is super fun and affordable.
Really special place for Louisville. The building is a special landmark in the east end. The steaks are good, and the service is good. We just really lack fine dining in Louisville. We had Lilly's. We still have Le Relais, a good experience but not a steak place. We still have Jack Fry's. That too, like Le Relais, is an institution, and they serve some great food in great atmospheres. If you have poor service at any of these places, you're just unlucky that evening. Louisville has some of the most pleasant and attentive service in the country. But if you want a good steak in Louisville, you go to Le Moo. Great ribeyes, and an awesome Tomahawk. The meat quality is a little better than Ruth's. If they both use the same distributor for steaks...? Meh, Forgive me. Here's the thing, Le Moo doesn't leave my palette coated with seasoning and salt. Most restaurant fare is loaded with unnecessary flavor enhancers. I'm not saying any I've mentioned here use them, and I am not making such a claim. My claim is that, in many Louisville restaurants, many dishes taste overly salted.
Service was great, food was great, as to be expected. Only complaint is for a high end restaurant the place is trashed. The seats are tore up, tables damaged, Windows filthy, building dated and ran down. I was appaled at spending over $200 for dinner and the seats were tore up like a booth at Dennys.
