Eric and Shane were awesome. We had the 40 oz tomahawk. Best steak I’ve ever had. Parking: Fantastic parking situation.

Went for happy hour from 4 pm to 6 pm. Modern Updated and plenty of Bar Seating. I went for the Seared Ahi. The Steak Sandwich and the Dip. Parking: Parking Validation

Got food poisoning from this restaurant on my birthday dinner and was offered a gift card. All customer service was bad over the phone, no compassion/sympathy. restaurant itself was fine.

Had a great time there for my anniversary dinner! Shoutout to the whole crew and management! The bartender (Luis) and my server (Eddy) were amazing great customers service and thorough with everything! The manager (Lucero) was super made sure everything was setup correctly & that our food was coming out properly! Highly recommend coming here!

We enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here at Ruth Chris The manager Moshe was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Haley could not have been nicer. She constantly checked back to make sure everything was okay. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

UNBELIEVABLY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! The food, heavenly good! But just as importantly- our waitress, Haley, was efficient, kind, friendly, engaging - a wonderful wait staffer and person!!! In addition, the manager, Moshe, visited us several times and was so kind! Great, dinner, great people, great experience!!!

There was a 7+ person bare knuckle brawl in the middle of the restaurant, right next to where we were eating. Nothing was comped and none of the visitors received so much as an apology. Food was overpriced and below average. Would not attend.

OH MY GOD RUTH CHRIS LONG BEACH IS ONE OF THE BEST RUTH CHRIS OCATIONS IVE BEEN TO IN A LONG TIME...I flew in from New Jersey to visit my son and had one of the most memorable times I've had in a long time so warming and comforting service was excellent, general manager Moshe was a highlight of my night so attentive and charming. Our server Haley was a warm beacon of light made us so comfortable and she was so informational and always checked on us frequently we never felt like a burden, the chef sebastian was so funny and accommodating with whatever questions we had. I work in sales at Macy's and I am big on customer service and this location was the pinnacle of excellent customer service.

My husband and I had a great time celebrating his 35th birthday. Thank you Ruth’s Chris for such an amazing experience not to mention our server, Ashley she was the best. She served us with a smile and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the kind and amazing staff at Ruth’s Chris Long Beach. The food was so delicious and the birthday dessert. This was our first time to this location, we usually go to the one in Anaheim. But since this one is closer to our house we thought we’d try it out and it was amazing.
