The food was excellent as usual. A little pricey but worth the price for the scenery and service from our waiter. The food presentation was picture perfect also. Parking: Park right at the entrance of the hotel restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Has plenty of Handicap parking

Great views of the water and after dinner, great to walk down to the river walk over to friendship fountain for the show!

Service sucks, food ok, and the 95% of the guests remind me of Orange Crush. Look up what Orange Crush Festival is. That’s Ruth’s Chris Downtown Jacksonville. Response to Ruth’s Chris: Three times a conversation occurred with management, it was clear that they decided to ignore basic service requests. Clearly a common theme based on other reviews.

I've been here multiple times and not sure why I haven't reviewed this place yet. It's way overdue. Each time, steaks were perfectly grilled to my liking and service has been amazing. Celebrated anniversary, birthday, and just meet-up. Good service too! I'm a fan of this place! Restaurant is located at Downtown Jacksonville's Double Tree by Hilton Hotel overlooking the scenic St. Johns River. Parking at hotel's garage with validation is available. Valet is also available for $8 with a validation sticker.

Emily was amazing. Food was amazing. Drinks were amazing. I had the best experience for my birthday with my rambunctious family. So thankful for everyone involved.

Took my bf for his birthday. The food was subpar,with the exception of the steaks. That said, the ribeye was more fatty than is usual. Caesar salad was chopped up hearts, no actual green. Lobster soup was small, lukewarm and bland - no lobster. Calamari - slightly rubbery and doused in way too much sauce. Shrimp was over cooked as was the lobster. Mashed potatoes I'm sure came in a box, also lukewarm. Creamed spinach, lukewarm and bland. Shame as the service was great! Very disappointing. $250 meal for two people that frankly should have been $50.
