Ruth's Chris Steak House

Our waiter who was also the bartender was fantastic! Nice calm atmosphere. The food was delicious as well.

The worst Ruth's Chris experience I have ever had. A party off 11 and dinner came out in 3 rounds separated by 5 to 10 min. Half the table was done eating before the test of the table got thier dinner. Horrible. I felt like I was just in a hotel restaurant because it's connected to the Crown Plaza. Ruths Chris is usually my go to but this restaurant that had less then 10 parties failed big time. Oh And the manager came over to ask how our experience was we shared With her our issues and she could care less and walked right away. Do better Ruth's Chris.

Our group came in for an event in Greenville SC at the Crowne Plaza. Our meal was a part of our package. While at breakfast, we were fortunate to observe how the staff interacted with the guests. It was good to see customer service, at it's best. There were 3 ladies on staff Friday morning (Gina Milgliorato, Mekiah Patrick and Tyneka Williams). I observe how well each of these ladies took the time to ensure that each and every patrons needs were met and with a smile. It is with great pleasure that I recognize these ladies. Great working ladies!!!

Great food and service!

Excellent service and excellent food. Can not say enough about the excellent service by Dave N. Good personality and attention to detail. We were celebrating an anniversary. They sprinkled hearts on the table and surprised us with a delicious dessert.

One of our favorite places to eat. The staff are always very nice and offer good suggestions when asked. Have the cowboy steak and lobster Mac and cheese, you will not be disappointed.

Took my wife out for her Birthday, was very impressed with our server David. He was perfect in everyway! Food was delicious and atmosphere was very nice and quiet. The whole experience was great and they helped us celebrate her day with a free dessert. We will def. be back!

Preston is the man! He was an awesome server and we really appreciated how nice he was. The food was amazing and we will be back.

Amazing food and service I will tell everyone I know

If you want expensive leftovers for your dog, this is a great restaurant. I ordered a ribeye and it was undercooked. I accepted that but it was also tough as shoe leather. I told the waiter it was too tough to eat and his only response was to ask if we wanted a container to take the leftovers. I told him "I guess i could take it home and feed it to my dog". No one seemed to care and that is not the first time I have had bad service and a not so great $70 steak. I would not go back to this location for sure but doubt I would return to Ruth's Chris for anything. It's no surprise to me they only respond to the 4-5 star reviews.
