Ruth's Chris Steak House

The steak was tender and flavorful and the sides were all delicious. Their cheesecake was fabulous.

For the price definitely not worth it. Went for a family members birthday, had to put a $100.00 deposit down (did not tell you over the phone, email sent after reservation made, better communication). Someone in our party asked for their steak to have no pink and the steak was given with lots of pink that the waitress said something before the member in our party could. The waitress took the steak back to the kitchen and after everyone finished their meal the steak was finally returned with the whole thing charred to a crisp. The waitress again said something before the member of our party could and removed the steak from the bill. The waitress was amazing and understanding. The kitchen staff not so much and we were made to feel as if the charred steak was a little vindictive. Will never return to this establishment again.

10/10 experience - went in for my birthday celebration before a show at DeVos and the staff was phenomenal, their teamwork top notch. Food was so good, love this place!

Mediocre at best.... I had had drinks and apps here before and was always satisfied so I expected the steak to knock my socks off... it didn't. It was overcooked, the waitress didn't enquire about it in time to send it back without inconveniencing my table, the garlic mash (one of my favorite sides) was meh... The lobster add on was nice... Sadly it was such a small portion that it didn't make up for the deficiencies of the steak.

Absolutely amazing. Atmosphere, food and service were all top notch. The steak was perfect. Perfection.

To start of, our server was amazing and had the BEST service. Things start to go south with the food. There wasn’t anything “wrong” but the food was extremely basic for what they charge for it. Our mashed potatoes were sweet for some reason and each bite was a constant war against flavor. They were all conflicting. It was our first time and we will not be back. We can make better steaks at home.

Great meal as usual! Our server, Brian, was fantastic.
