Me and my husband went to the downtown Fort Worth location and was profiled because we are a black young couple , people that came in after us were being served and we were there for over 30 minutes and only received water no complementary bread , didn’t receive the cocktail I ordered and the waitress walked past us 3 times and never asked us if we were ready to order
Ebony was the absolute best waitress! Truly the best! Would come back just to see her again. Food was delicious and cooked just to my liking. Parking: Valet was helpful.
I see Ruth's have removed the review I wrote about the garbage we were served at Ruth's Chris, Fort Worth. After going to Ruth's for 20+ years, the "meal" was so bad we would never consider Ruth's an option again. I'm amazed we didn't get food poisioning, but if we did, it would have been really bad because the toilet in the mens restroom was clogged. It was embarrassing. We just received a gift card for Ruth's for my wife's birthday. It's been returned to her daughter. You people should be ashamed with what you've done to our once favorite restaurant.
It was pretty good. Not the best. Not the worst.
Food was AMAZING! I got a medium-well, 6oz steak, and it was tender, juicy, and delicious! And the garlic mashed potatoes were on another level! The service was wonderful as well! It does cost a bit of money, but it's great for a special occasion!
The only problem we asked for more bread 3 times and never got any more!
Chicken was salty I ordered sweet potato casserole was not made correctly. I ordered creamed spinach but I received mashed potatoes.
My husband and I had a rare date-night and decided to try Ruth Chris. We thought neither of us had been there, but turns out when we walked in we both immediately recognized it. Our last visit was our first and it was not memorable. This visit was much different. The steak was incredible and cooked to perfection, the service was great, two members of management stopped by the table and asked for feedback. Our first visit did not leave a bad taste, but just ehhh; this visit was exceptional.
We visited this steakhouse to celebrate a birthday and when we arrived to our table, it was decorated with the sweetest little birthday confetti. Our waiter, Mark, was most excellent. He was attentive, had a positive attitude and was genuinely helpful when answering our questions. The mushrooms, caesar salad, steaks, mashed potatoes, and au gratin potatoes were great. A delicious slice of cheesecake was brought for the birthday and the crème brulée was perfect. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks again to Mark for the excellent service!
