Service was soooo slow

The waiter. Josh was unbelievable! He was very informative and knew the menu by heart. He gave a ton of great suggestions. He was very friendly and welcoming, willing to accommodate any request that I had! Wonderful people skills, you guys are lucky to have him!!!! Mike

After a comedy show at the convention center, we decided to go to Ruth's Chris. Despite the fact that we had no reservation, Jamie found us a lovely table without even a wait. She was so accommodating! Our waiter, George, took excellent care of us. Food and drinks were fabulous and it was the perfect ending to a great day.

After taking into Jeff Dunham show last night we decided to go to Ruth's Chris steakhouse. I've eaten at Ruth Chris before just never at this location. I ordered the filet, cooked medium charred it came back like a cook piece of cardboard. Are server was very attentive at first then a bigger party came in and he ignored us the entire time never came back once the whole hour and 15 minutes to ask us if we need to drinks or anything. We flag down who purported to be the manager, showed him the steak and said yeah that looks a little well done. He did absolutely nothing for us. The service was lousy, the steak was horrible. This is a very high-end restaurant where I'm from and just put it to shame. It's not the fact that I wasted $200 on a meal, is the fact that I wasted money on a bad meal. It's very interesting how the manager did absolutely nothing and kind of just brushed us off. Being a Colorado business owner myself I would never treat people like the way I was treated. I will never eat at Ruth's Chris again, and never recommend it to any of my friends.

The service was not what i was used to. I've been to many Ruth's Chris around the country. This location was having a rough time during this night. The manager from Bergan County NJ was the man! Also, the server was great!

Food was great, service was great and atmosphere was romantic.

Hosted my daughter's wedding here - they made the day absolutely incredible! The staff are stellar, attending to every need and detail with professionalism and kindness. Alex personally made the day perfect! Beautiful meeting rooms, 5-star staff, could not be more pleased and impressed. Thank you again!
