Christion was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing! Very professional, friendly and attentive to our requests.

Our filets were perfectly cooked and the service for our party of six was excellent. Other dishes were also outstanding including the appetizers.

Customer service was great, as well as the atmosphere! Food was not that great. My steak was bland and not that tender for how expensive they are. I could have gone to firebirds. Our server was very attentive.

What a great night. We had the stuffed crab mushroom. Petite steak with truffle edges , Ribeye, cream spinach and sweet potato casserole. I don’t even like sweet potatoes but I made the “ mmt” sound. The spinach was ok. The steak was originally overcooked. The staff immediately sprang into action fixed our order and the chef personally came out to apologize. Staff was super attentive and polite. We were seated at our table for 20 minutes before Christian realized no one was waiting on us (we were not assigned to him). Chris (manager) promised to cover one round of drinks and appetizer, which he ultimately forgot about and ended up giving us a $50 gift card to cover. The table beside us was extremely loud, extremely obnoxious, extremely demanding... not exactly what I was looking forward to when I decided to drive 1.5 hours and drop $250 on a meal. My steak was miserable, but we had already been there two hours at that point and I wanted out. I do not have any real issues paying $61 for a NY Strip but do not over cook it and let it sit on the grill to the point that it develops a heavy char. Lobster mac and cheese was dry. Sweet potato casserole on point! Again, hats off to Christian and Chris for trying their best but I feel the entire store was an entire train wreck. We will not be dinning at this particular Ruth's again; Hyde Park and Jeff Ruby's is a short walk!

It's located right next to the Hampton and right across from the Columbus convention center. Valet parking is offered in the back, Very convenient to everything downtown when you come here. you're in for a five-star experience. This is what you're paying for. The whole restaurant was beautiful from the dining room to the bathrooms that have paintings on the walls of sports, as can be seen in my pictures. First, you will be greeted by your wonderful host, then seated, then your wonderful server, Our server tonight was Mike. He was extremely professional and very personable. He knew his job very well. I recommend starting with the Goat Cheese Artichoke dip. It is absolutely amazing. The flavors mesh perfectly, and the garlic toasted bread that you put it on is just delicious. They offer Coke products. And I decided to get a strawberry lemonade. It was delicious. He kept my drink refilled and kept bringing me water. Now, typically, if you want when you get ready to order your steak, they will bring you out your steak wrapped in paper so you can see what it looks like. Including the giant tomahawk, only managers will bring out the tomahawk. Also , before your main course , they will bring out a box of knives and you get to choose which knife you'd like to use for your main course. It's a great little experience. For a main course , we ordered the bone in New york Strip and the lamb chops. Now, when I say the lambchops are good. They were the best mouthwatering lamb chops i've ever put in my mouth! These these came out on a plate that was five hundred degrees sizzling, as you can tell in the video. These lamb chops were cooked in a veal butter, and that was a depth of flavor that was just unbelievable. I ordered a medium, which is the perfect temperature for lamb chops, and you can eat them with the meant jelly. Or without, I love them both ways. My friend ordered that New York strip. It tasted like butter. It was unbelievable, so moist with a crispy outside. It didn't need steak sauce. It was so fresh after speaking with the executive chef. Anthony, who is an incredible chef from Denver. He mentioned the steaks are brought in daily from chicago , and they don't even have any freezer space , so they are never frozen. We had several sides that were also delicious. The sweet potato casserole that I want for holidays now is so tasty, and the Asparagus and Brussels sprouts in a bacon jam that were roasted. All very good, my favorite is the sweet potatoes. Then, desert. I tell you what, I was not leaving hungry! They have a nice selection, but the pick for me is by far the Creme Brule it has a nice crisp sugar top and underneath that perfect custard filling that just smacks you in the face with flavor so much I fell into the seat. This was a great dinner experience for me and my friend. I would highly recommend this location and restaurant. Mike, the server, Anthony, the Executive Chef, and Mike the GM all did a great job to make this a night to remember. If you are a visitor in town for business or fun, check this place out and let them know you saw this review. Go have some great food and a lasting experience. My waitress was named Carli. She was absolutely amazing!! Great customer service and was super quick on her feet. I appreciated the atmosphere and how nice everyone was. I will definitely be back to this location!

Herejean took great care of us, food and ambiance were fantastic. A new favorite.
