Ruth's Chris Steak House

First time visiting this Ruth Chris' and it was very nice. The restaurant was nicely decorated and the atmosphere was great. All the waiters, hotess, and manager were very attentive. Our Waiter, Devon was exceptional. He made sure we had everything we need and came back and checked to make sure everything was as ordered and if we needed anything more than twice. He provide us with exceptional service. We visited the one in Atlanta and the service from the waitress was exceptional there also. The food is worth the price. I have the Lamb Chops and Lobster. Their Crab Cakes and Stuffed Mushrooms are excellent.

Bathroom was dirty. Food average. Nothing like the standard one would expect from this chain. Fells like a move to milking the venue...

This restaurant would have gotten all 5 stars if it weren't for the manager. I honestly saw him go to all white tables and totally skipped my table. I was so ready to tell him what a great experience I had, especiallybeing my 1st time there, and he ruined it. I really hope there wasn't any prejudice. That would be so disappointing this day and age.

First time dining here and let me tell you our server certified Mike was the absolute best! It was my date and I first time dining here and Mike was so very knowledgeable with the history of Ruth Chris and food/ wine menu as well! He knew his stuff and was so very kind and sweet and gave plenty of good recommendations! Mike customer service was outstanding thank you so much for a first date great experience we will be inviting him to the wedding whenever it happens! If you do decide to dine here ask for CERTIFIED MIKE you will NOT be disappointed!
