As a local & frequent customer, the taste of the food is good. The staff is friendly & nice atmosphere. I’ve been ordering for pick-up as a local for about 1-2 years now & feel I should say something because it’s been happening EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. my wife or myself order something. My food is never ready when I arrive because they have either forgotten to put my order in their system that sends it to the kitchen or some sort of kitchen confusion that causes them to rush my food after I arrive. Now I have missing & undercooked food (chicharrones & fries) on multiple occasions & I once got an empanada where it was 80% empty!!!! To make matters worse, we have to wait 15+ min to get our food AFTER initially waiting their 15-20min wait time to pick-up the food after ordering over the phone. Unacceptable. I’ve let these things slide for as long as I did cause the food is good, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of respect of people’s time & inconveniences they are causing for paying customers.

I loved.

This is 4th issue I have at this restaurant the first 3 the food has been extra salty and the chuleta super stiff, today I ordered 2 sobrebarrrigas I get home and it missing arroz on both on top that it's super overpriced comprared to other better Colombian restaurants in the area they can't get the order right... Really really dissapointed this will be the last time I order food from them.
