The cheese pizza slice is OK, it’s not amazing and definitely not NY quality. The cheese is good, but the tomato sauce is pretty bland and flavorless. My slice ended up costing $7.50 which is pretty expensive…

Signs on but they’re “ not open”

The employees working at this restaurant did not speak English properly. I waited for 15 minutes and no employee took my order. Poor customer service. I’m addition, the restaurant looked extremely dirty and not maintained at all. There are plenty of other Russo’s locations in Houston that offer better service and a better restaurant environment than this location.

Ordered delivery for our son's fourth birthday party. Requested delivery at 11:00 AM, which came and went. Called numerous times, the employees were incredibly rude, told us it would be there in five minutes over and over again, would hang up on us and overall just didn't care about anything having to do with making or delivering pizza's, or probably just life in general. Spoke to the manager who also showed no concern. We ended up having to pick up from another place, thankfully that worked out since it was last minute. Of course, right as the party is ending at 12:00 PM Russo's shows up an hour late with the pizza, which was actually cold. Never order from this store if you need your pizza at a certain time. No one cares, poor customer service, pizza is delivered cold - just overall an extremely poor experience.

First time in awhile coming back, was not super satisfied with my bbq chicken pizza. Chicken was dry and kinda chewy. Truffle garlic knots were under-flavored as well. Atmosphere was pretty stale, while the cashier/ service woman was nice enough. Probably won't be returning anytime soon, especially at the high price everything was.

Pretty darn good pizza, also get their spaghetti bolognese, which is surprisingly good. Their lasagna is good as well. Great place. 3 adults and 3 kids, and we eat for around $53. One large pizza, spaghetti, and lasagna, and everyone is full. That's our usual order. All around good food. We always do take out, so I can't speak to dine in, but it's tasty at a fair price.
