Great tasting bowls. Not to mention the customer service is super friendly. The atmosphere is a bit sparse but gets the job done.
I have bought the rush bites for the longest time cause I love them and just recently I went and they went from 5 bites down to 4 for the same price. Pretty disappointing
I am sorely disappointed in this Rush Bowls yet again. I didn't want to write a review, because I have such fond memories of how good it was when it first opened. We used to go ALL the time to get the Berry Fresh and Summit bowls. However, the quality of the bowls has declined tremendously. Both the bowls and the smoothies are never blended fully. I was hoping this just my be user error, so I didn't want to write a review. However, it has been happening everytime I go for over a year, so I feel that someone needs to hear. I got the Green RX smoothie a few weeks ago, there were whole pieces of spinach in the smoothie. Not only that but it had the taste of spinach that wasn't washed and still has dirt on it. I then got the Berry Fresh bowls for my husband and I, Both of us still had whole blueberries in the bowl and the whole thing was very chunky and grainy. We had to throw them away before we could eat the whole thing. The worst one was today though, they only had one employee working and I felt so bad for her, because she had at least ten bowls to make and delivery drivers were coming, seems like very poor management to me.... I ordered three smoothie bowls, each with very different ingredients. The total came to $40!! It's no wonder people eat fast food much of the time. When I finally got the bowls, they were each only half filled, which is an affront for paying that much for frozen fruit and only getting it half filled. All three of our bowls were chunky and not blended fully. Mine still had spinach chunks and oats. It's like you could see everything that went into the bowl because it wasn't properly blended. All in all, I will never go here again. And I recommend that you don't either.
Rush Bowl is awesome! I always order the same few things but it's always delicious.
Jungle Bowl was horrible it tasted like dawn dish soap
GREAT service! Vegan-literate! I asked if the pumpkin spice could be vegan and the cashier said yes and immediately told me what would be modified, and offered up nondairy milks. She also asked my preference for Graham cracker, since it has honey. So thoughtful! Felt reassuring that they would get it right (as a vegan, it’s always a gamble). For fellow vegans: Highly recommend the pumpkin spice bowl w/coconut milk, (no froyo/honey/graham,) add banana & chocolate chips & soy protein ☺️ yum. Glad I could get my fall pumpkin spice fix somewhere, since Starbucks doesn’t cater any pumpkin drinks to vegans… and it definitely hits the spot. Just wish parking and store were more spacious, I was hoping to hangout and work on my laptop, but oh well. Very happy customer! First time, will return! :) Dietary restrictions: Vegan-friendly
