Rumi's Kitchen Avalon

Brian was wonderful! Great attitude and very hospitable. The food was AMAZING. Perfect and healthy with a great ambience.

Everything was delicious. Admittedly this was the first Persian restaurant I've been to, but truly everything I tried was great. I had the badenjoon which was possibly the best stew I have ever had. If I lived in Georgia I would be back over and over to try most of the menu. The hummus with the falafel was fantastic. The service was great, truly attentive without ever being overbearing. And the server was helpful and informative. There's plenty of outdoor seating with heat lamps, but it was packed on a Wednesday night so reservations are probably a good idea. We didn't have dessert because we were stuffed after the complimentary olive, cheese (goat) and flatbread, falafel and our individual entrées, but because of the open kitchen I could see how beautiful it all looked

Your glass will never be empty. Service is outstanding and our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu items. We got the Roasted Mushroom Hummusiya (A+ choice) for the appetizer and Lamb Rack for the main course. The Lamb was cooked to perfection. We never felt forgotten about like some other restaurants. Parking: The restaurant is a short walk from the parking garage. Not unpleasant.

We dined at Rumi's Avalon last Sunday. It was so busy, yet you would never know from the service and food. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. The service we received from Matuey was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the menu, made great suggestions, was friendly and worked hard to take care of us. It was a terrific experience. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Great experience. Thank you!

What can I say? Everything about dining at Rumi's Avalon makes for a great experience. We've enjoyed multiple appetizers, salads, main dishes and rices... all delicious! Exceptional service. Our server, Matvey, provides great guidance on combining various items on your order to achieve the best flavors and textures. Even when the restaurant is completely full with people waiting, we have not felt rushed and somehow the spacing/layout of seating works to make you feel as though you have your own space. I can't wait for my next meal at Rumi's!
