We've been to this restaurant several times and usually the service is great but today there were a few hiccups. Luckily the management team here is amazing. They were so sincere with making sure we ended with a good experience and really went above and beyond to ensure we left as happy customers. Gabriella and Brett exemplify what it means to care for your customers. They turned our attitudes completely around, so much so I had to take a moment to write this review. As for the food and ambiance, alwsys top notch. Rumi's even validates valet parking which is a nice touch. We will most definitely be back.

Simply put a fantastic dining experience with exceptional service. Our waiter was one of the best i have ever had. He anticipated all of our needs, had fantastic suggestions, good banter, and even threw in a small add-on for free. The food was all delicious and would definitely go back.

I was absolutely thrilled with my experience at Rumi's! The food was indescribably good and the service was attentive without being overwhelming. Excellent spot for a date!
