They overcharged my card, added an extra $10 - Be aware and check your balance after this place, they STEAL FROM THE GUESTS!
Food was good however, the server Sara adjusted the tip amount -giving herself more and stealing money from us. Will be disputing with the bank.
Service is great, and food is delicious. I love the vibes too! Get the pork yakisoba and the chicken fried rice. If you like drinks, get the In bloom!
Food looks amazing. But they don’t taste that well. They added peanut sauce in the noodle and Bo Bo chicken. So the food are very heavy and salty. Sushi are normal. The atmosphere and service are perfect though.
The service is good, but the food is not even close to the hype it gets. And it's definitely not Peruvian! The portions are small, yet it left a greasy feel on the stomach cause the foods were salty. The only decent dish was the beef tartar.
Tony is the worst manager. We were waiting 1hr for the bar and they said that the bar is first come first. It is not true! You need reservation to seat at Ruka Bar. The receptionist didn’t communicate that information. I recommended Zuma you will have a luxury experience
Food was amazing as always. Wine service and knowledge left a bit to be desired
Came here for my Birthday and am so glad to have tried it out!! I can’t praise the food and drinks enough. I’ll be thinking about it for a while! We ordered 2 makimono, 1 cold dish, 1 wok dish, 1 hot dish, 2 drinks each, and 1 sweet dish. You can absolutely be full with ordering less, but it was a special occasion so we splurged! Only surprise of the night was water is charged here. Maybe I missed that listed somewhere but I can forgive it because everything else was excellent. I’d come back and have already recommend it to folks to try out! Shoutout to our server Brice for the great service too
Would been a 5 star , but the 1 star is for the management. We started off with our drinks then ordered some sushi and then the waiter came to us and informed us the kitchen is closing so lets put our food items in. He goes to punch them in and comes back with "im sorry but the kitchen closed and they told me they were closing not closed and hes so sorry." First of all this is understandable and very easy to repair this kind of situation. We work in the service industry and we know that when a client/customer…. Makes a request and you acknowledge as a business its your JOB to make it happen but it didn’t seem like it was the case.
