Brisket not consistent, sometimes really juicy and tender. Ordered moist again this time but got lean leg meat which was really hard to eat. Also no flavor.

Atmosphere is just like you would envision, Texas Bbq joint! We are from California, so this was our first TX bbq stop. It did not disappoint. Must try- banana pudding and moist brisket Be back soon!
