1st visit to this Ruby's The lady taking the orders was extremely polite and informative. Unfortunately the majority of the items that we wanted to order weren't available. No greens ,no orkra ,no ribs, no coleslaw,no onion rings,no sandwiches etc We settled on the catfish dinner and also the 6 piece shrimp dinner. Don't order the fried corn . The French fries were barely cooked and soggy I can't recommend this spot for new customers

Food was nasty ! Never again will I eat here! Steaks were burnt . Corn was sweet as hell.. mash potatoes were out the box and well as the mac and cheese .. chicken was dark brown NO FRESH GREASE ! Dressing was disgusting! Turkey chops were hard . Catfish was burnt !! We order over 6 meals NO ONE WAS SATISFIED! The lady that took our order was rude ! Eating at the counter while packing our food just a mess ! This place is a joke ! Smells amazing but taste nasty Dietary restrictions: No comment

Everything was great. Greens could use some spice. Beside that satisfying.
