Ruby Tuesday

Food was excellent. Manager ALwas very helpful. The salad bar was well stocked with fresh veggies. Food temperature was hot when it arrived to the table.

My girlfriend and I were in the restaurant on US 31 tonight. The manager, Al, was very nice. He took very good care of us. We had the sweetest server. We even hugged before we left. We didn't want for anything. Very good experience.

Al is a great manager. The food was great.

I visit the restaurant on us 31 often today I had a waitress named diamond, she is GREAT, very professional, attentive, and friendly. You’re lucky to have her!

I haven't been in a long time and have been wanting to go for their salad bar. I had no idea they were still in business. I ordered cheese fries but I wasn't a fan. My salad was okay. Vegetarian options: Not many other than the salad bar

Ruby Tuesday on US 31 S has the best service & manager you could ask for. Our server Leah accommodated all our needs in a timely fashion & is very sweet as well. The manager Al always is very welcoming when we come in & makes sure we have a great eating experience. Thankyou guys

While the service is 5/5 stars, the food was not good. Very small portions for the meal and the taste was very average. No wonder this once great chain restaurant is quickly going downhill. Save your money for anywhere else.

The server was very attentive and kind. The manager (Al) worked to make right an order snafu. The customer-oriented, relationship-first experience is what will keep me coming back!

The staff was friendly. The food was just okay not amazing. The prices are too high for average tasting meals. A few of the salad plates were dirty
