Ruby Tuesday

Always a good place to stop no matter what state. Great buffet for salad.

Salad bar was old. Everything was dried out and did not look fresh. Ordered fish and chips and the fish was grease soaked, fries were cold and floppy. I asked for more tartar sauce to try to stomach it down and was told it would be $1 for another 1oz cup. The bathroom was nasty and the lock on bathroom stall was broken and you had to hold it shut with your foot. Service was extremely slow so not even a high point there. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one.

It has been a few years since we’ve been to Ruby Tuesday’s, and if our next visit is based totally on this experience, it will be a few more years before we return. The place wasn’t busy at all, but it took at least 20 minutes after bringing the water before they took our order. When I finally received the Bourbon Glazed Salmon, Baked Potato, and Sautéed Zucchini I discovered that the baked potato was as hard as a rock. The salmon was acceptable, and the zucchini was absolutely delicious. My wife ordered the Ultimate Chicken Sandwich and fries, but she said there was nothing ultimate about it. We frequent Florence often, but it’ll be a while before we return to eat at this place.

Good for the price with coupons

Food was excellent. Service was lousy, had to run around to get silverware. Never get water or butter that we requested three times. Finally, had to run around to get our bill. No service. Yves and Lucie

Waitress was very attentive. Food was tasty.

Liked the staff. Burgers were awesome.
