Ruby Tuesday

Was came out wrong but was still pretty good.

Food wasn’t the best, I asked for medium well and it was definitely done, no pink, service was good but definitely wasn’t happy with the food.

Employees want a tip for ignoring you!!

This is the last time I give Ruby Tuesday my business. They served my 3 yr old grandchild clabbered chocolate milk. I opened the cup and it was chunky and smelled rancid. I asked for the manager, so they could be aware of a potentially dangerous situation. I asked the server for a replacement lemonade. The manger never introduced himself, so I do not know his name, argued that the bottle he had was in date. I tried to tell him the cup they brought to the table was bad. He refused to listen, got mad and told us to leave. He took the 3 yr olds food out of her hands and the server snatched her lemonade back. This left the 3yr old in tears. No manager or server should take away a baby's food in anger and make her cry. That's unprofessional and cruel. Plus, shoes are required for the guests, but one of the employees was not wearing shoes in the restaurant while working. Set a good example people! Update: she was up half the night vomiting from the curdled milk. So unless the manager is 'man enough' to apologize to my grandchild for his mistreatment of her and his blatant abuse of power, there is really very little else that can even begin to smooth this over at all.

We was there at about 1:30PM on a Tuesday. Servers seemed very tired, possibly understaffed. I ordered the Cajun Chicken with salad bar. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked. The Cajun Chicken was inedible. I didn't intend to complain, just moved it to the side and ate the pasta. The Server saw it and went back for another piece. It was no better. Just bad chicken that shouldn't have been served. The Cajun Chicken was marked "NEW" on the menu. I hope that it is mercifully and humanely removed! My wife's sandwich was fine.

Very nice restaurant, laid back, and great friendly customer service.

I wish someone would have told me don't go in there. I ordered fish n chips and even microwave fish sticks taste better! Fish had absolutely no flavor, I would be surprised if it didn't have fish in it. I was so very disappointed. My entire family was. I came here about 2 years ago to pick up ribeyes for my husband and I and I should have learned my lesson then. I decided to give it another shot because of the promotions sent to my email but this last visit solidified my decision to never return. Vegetarian options: Salad bar that's it

Didnt have what I wanted to eat which was the main reason I came. I selected something else (shrimp) and it was all that great, but I ate it, paid, and left. GM did come to apologize. Only reason I rate 4 stars.
