The reason everything was five stars was because I really felt welcome here. To start off we had an outstanding host named Sean. He couldn’t have been more helpful and I know he wasn’t a waiter or anything but he helped me and my family out with all of our questions and he was great with kids! He really made us feel welcome. The food was also great, I truly don’t know how much better this experience here could have gotten. I’ll definitely be coming back

My daughter and I enjoyed this steakhouse the only thing aside from it being a bit pricey is some food like the broccoli was well over seasoned and my daughter who LOVES drenching her steak in A1 sauce was given a tiny amount when she can literally use the whole bottle lol don't ask me why she is weird like that. Other than that we enjoyed the food and time together here

Prime rib was tough but they gave meal for free…potato was good!

dont let the outside of restaurant scare u, this place is legit for an awesome steak and friendly staff. large menu and everything was good. then the price is really the best of Reno for a great meal! dont miss

The food was decent.. but it wasn't a very busy night and the host is set us down and didn't tell anybody and we waited for 20 minutes before I even got greeted and took even longer to get our drinks which was just water .. I'll go again because the food was decent and decently priced

My family and I have been going here for years. We've always had a good time with amazing food. Tonight we went in for my mother's anniversary Our service was lacking as well as our food. Our waitress didn't know the menu at all, we received dirty plates. When we said something she had my husband clean the table with a rag. When our food came, my steak wasn't even cooked. I ordered mine medium. My mother's was also underdone. I sent mine back, about 10 minutes later it came back but the outside was burnt and the inside was dry. For a $30 steak, I was not going to waste it or complain anymore When my father ordered, the waitress stated that his meal came with two sides. He then got charged for the second side because it was only suppose to come with one Our drink order was not even right, my mother ordered coffee and she had to stir it with a butter knife.
