We enjoyed the fish tacos, salad and salsa bar was on point. Service was friendly and efficient. Very clean place.

I ordered a delivery tonight and got a bowl full of rock hard rice. I can’t even eat my dinner now after it HURT my teeth to take a bite. I have been to this location before and have always had great service but this was a big disappointment from a corporation who can afford to make fresh rice.

Update: I find the service to be much improved at the Torrey Highlands location. I frequent this location often now. The Torrey highlands location makes you wait even though your order is ready and hands you the wrong order.
