Horrible customer service. They burned my food, i brought it back and showed them, they argued with me about how it was supposed to be like that. It was also missing a topping, and they argued with me about that too even though it was clearly on the receipt. They said they couldn’t issue a refund because it was an online order. The girl at register kept rolling her eyes and making faces at me with the customers. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. i was not happy with the food.. it shouldn’t be an argument!! What kind of customer service is that? It should be as simple as what can i do to fix it? I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. I didn’t even get my refund. On the app it says contact store for order issues. I eat here all the time and have never had this issue. I know what burnt food looks like, and i know what it looks and tastes like when it is NOT burnt. This was burnt!

I placed an online order to be picked up at 8 pm. My dasher was there waiting for my order for 20 minutes and the restaurant cancelled my order at 8:55. Waited that long just to cancel my order. Horrible service

Awful experience, I don't recommend this place. I placed a delivery order through Doordash, they didn't deliver the beverage despite it was clearly present in the receipt, but as you can see in the photo the bag has no beverage. The food was also bland and flavorless, and some of the fish tasted like old and stale. Also in the previous order through Doordash they "forgot" the beverage, you do the math... I won't order anything from this place in the future.

They lied about knowing what a California burrito is . I ordered 1 and both were wrong I was very hungry and just wanted my California. It is not okay to lie just tell the truth no matter the race I am Chinese and not that good with English sometimes which is not okay. Dietary restrictions: I dont like beans
