I love Rubios. Will update in a bit.

Food has changed! Overload of rice and lettuce for very little shrimp and fish for the price. Tables are usually always sticky and dirty. Customer service is hit or miss, some employees are nice others give you elevator eyes and attitude when you ask a simple question. Might be my last time coming here, I had been a long time fan but changes and lack of good customer services and price increases makes me not want to return. Sticky floors and cracked seats eww!

I tried the new Shrimp Lime tacos. Delicious! Served fresh and hot. Yum!

Great food great service and great price point!

I mistakenly removed guac from my order not realizing it was already included (the price remained the same). When I told the employees that was a mistake, they charged me for the guac (almost $4 extra). 0/10 customer service.
