Rubio's Coastal Grill

Rubios has long past its supreme place for fast casual food. Today I ordered the two taco plate and one of my tacos came out with the fish cold like it just came out of a refrigerator. I gave my feedback to the young lady at the counter and I could see the non verbals from the staff in the kitchen listening in. They were not happy with my complaint. I decline to have money refunded and I declined for them to remake the food. I simply gave the feedback and asked they do better next time. All other food ordered at my table seemed to be cooked and prepared correctly. Had I seen more hospitality and a positive reaction from the staff, this review and my experience would be different. I am disappointed but will try another location.

Solid Mexican place are favorite is Taco Tuesday they have amazing fish tacos both standard and upgraded also recommend the steak and shrimp. One of my favorite things about the place is there amazing salsa bar. all kinds of fresh salsa lemons hot sauce. highly recommend
