Royal Farms

This is by far the worst Royal Farms! Terrible customer service and extremely rude associates. My chicken was undercooked and the potato wedges were mushy. My son loves Royal Farms chicken, so I have to find a different location to patronize.

The chicken is really good but they keep the bags away, hard to access, you need to ask for assistance to buy it.

Around 9 PM tonight, I went to grab some fried chicken. To my dismay, an overweight white lady with glasses tossed the food I paid for onto the counter like it were garbage . I felt thoroughly unwelcome and disrespected during my time at this store. Honestly, I doubt I'll ever set foot in there again.

Potato wedges I got a couple nights ago appeared seasoned on the outside, but were the worst I have ever tried. Completely inedible. Threw one out of the car window and gave the rest to the dog. Edit: Raj, the District Leader, and Shena, one of the Managers, went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were noted. They really care about their people. I will definitely continue coming here for gas, etc. Thank you.

I went there to buy fried chicken this morning, and the skinny woman serving the order was angry. She gave me the wrong order and she gave me the thinnest fries I have ever gotten at Royal Farms. They always give out fries that are thick and this time I received the thinnest fries ever. I asked her to give me different fries and she refused too. I am including a picture of the fries. Royal Farms need to hire people who actually like to work and who leave their bad attitude out of the workplace. It’s disappointing when a business hires people who think they are so special, when in reality they are not.

Gas prices are almost always slightly more expensive than nearby Sheetz. Car wash performance is very bad. It won't clean the rear of your SUV. See photos.

Went Friday evening. Place is very filthy. Crowded. Horrible chicken tenders. They were burnt. Overrated. Can’t wait for WAWA!
